Christa has had a mobile massage and healing practice throughout Palm Beach County, FL since 2000. (Lic # MA32639) She specializes in her signiture Wellness Retreats that can include a combination of therapeutic massage, energy work, essential oils, and Zero Point technology. She feels these techniques best addresses ones health challenges in a gentle, relaxing way, and gives the body an opportunity to self-heal. Christa practices many other healing therapies, as well.  Any of the following therapies can be performed in your home or office.

Healing Services and Rates:

Wellness Retreat – 60, 90 or 120 minutes  $120, $180 or $240
This truly holistic treatment includes a combination of therapeutic massage, energy work and essential oils allowing your body to completely relax, unwind and heal itself. Zero Point tools are used during the session to further balance your body's subtle energies.

Therapeutic Massage – 60 or 90 minutes  $120 or $180
This massage focuses on relaxation of your mind and body. Working all of your knots out and allowing your body to self heal. Swedish, Deep and/or Neuromuscular techniques are used depending upon your needs. Essential oils may be used to enhance the healing effects. Zero Point tools are also used during the session to balance your body's energetic needs.

BodyTalk – time varies according to your body's needs 
This profound healing modality allows me to tap into your innate wisdom, while working through a sophisticated protocol, and find imbalances within your body/mind complex. These imbalances are acknowledged and then balanced by specific tapping methods on energy centers. Distance sessions are also available. Christa received her certification from the International BodyTalk Association.

Healing Touch/Reiki/Energy Work – 60 or 90 minutes  $120 or $180
This sacred healing modality uses a transfer of universal energy to your energy centers allowing for balancing to occur. Your energy centers are assessed and a personal treatment plan is followed to suit your body's energetic needs. Essential oils are used to enhance the healing effects. Distance sessions are also available. Christa received her training from the Healing Touch Program and Komitor Healing Method.

Raindrop Technique – 60 minutes  $120
Nine essential oils are dropped like rain along your spine. The nine oils are; Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Peppermint, Valor, and Aroma Siez. These essential oils have powerful anti-microbial effects on bacteria and viruses that can reside within your spine causing back pain and inflammation. Light massage and warm towels allows the oils to be driven deep into your body. Raindrop Therapy enhances your immune system, balances your energy system and allows your body to detoxify, safely. Raindrop Therapy also helps with scoliosis, back pain, headaches and dis-eases. ONLY Young Living’s essential oils are used. Christa received her training at the Center of Aromatherapy Research and Education.

Thai massage - 90 or 120 minutes $225 or $335

This traditional massage from Northern Thailand is performed on a thick mat on the floor.  Your body is gently stretched thereby increasing range of motion, loosening muscles and relieving general soreness. Loose comfortable clothing should be worn. Christa received her training at The Institute of Thai Massage.
