Allergies Subside with Essential Oils
I woke up sneezing on Saturday, typical for me on a dry, windy day. This Saturday promised to be especially nasty. I put a couple of drops of Lavender in a capsule, and added a couple of drops of Juniper for good measure--my own intuitive addition since I'm quite allergic to juniper pollen. Within an hour or so, the sneezing stopped and didn't recur all day. I repeated it on Sunday with the same result. No symptoms all day, even when running around outside in the wind. I didn't experience any of the usual stinging in my eyes--no eye drops necessary!

Peppermint Fixes Upset Stomach
While visiting family in CO I came down with an upset stomach. Years before, I had been diagnosed with a spastic colon. My sister in law, who is a massage therapist, gave me two drops of peppermint essential oil in a glass of water. Within minutes my upset stomach was gone. I was then able to join the rest of the family and have a great visit. When I feel an upset stomach coming on, I use my peppermint oil that I carry in my purse at all times.

Shoulder Pain Gone with Essential Oils
My uncle, who is about 62, loves to fly fish. He also enjoys tennis but hasn't been going very often as of late because of the pain, inflammation and stiffness in his shoulder. Upon learning of my excitement about essential oils he asked me if there were any oils that may alleviate some of the pain in his shoulder. We rubbed about 10 drops of Valor onto his shoulder along with a handful of Ortho Sport on the spot. I forgot about the incident until he called me a couple of days later. He said, 'Wow what was that stuff? After we put the oils on my shoulder, the pain was instantly gone. I was pain free for about 2-3 days after that.” He then had me order some Valor and Ortho Sport for him.

Menstrual Cramps Relieved with Essential Oils
I'm quite new to these oils and wanted to share my first testimonial. For 21 years, I've been taking 400-800 mg of Ibuprofen every 4-6 hours for a couple days of the month, for menstrual cramps. (These are not fun cramps without the ibuprofen.) Upon learning about these oils, I was excited to try something that would support my system naturally. I tried 2 drops of Dragon Time essential oil blend on my tummy. The cramps were do-able. I thought, well this isn't great but at least I'm not throwing up or in bed in the fetal position. But then about 3-4 hours later (when I was almost ready to reapply), they were completely gone! Yeah!! I did put 2 more drops on the next morning because I was going to be gone and didn't want any cramps to start. That was all I ever applied. I'm SO excited!
